Frequently Asked Questions

Any resources you buy from us are digital, you can gain access to them by selecting Teaching Resources from the top menu and then clicking the ‘My Documents’ button, or you can click here.

Important: If your accounts department purchased the files on your behalf, please contact them for the log in details.

Once you’ve logged in you will see a list of the resources you have purchased with an option to download them.

Download your Peped Documents

If you experience problems unzipping your downloads, we recommend trying WinRAR instead of your default software. Please download WinRAR for your computer here and grab either of the top two links

  • WinRAR x86 (32 bit) – for older computers
  • WinRAR x64 (64 bit) – for newer computers

Follow this video guide for using WinRAR. Note: this is a generic how-to video on Youtube (and you might prefer to mute the music!)

If you open our PowerPoints and discover that you’re missing a font, we use Vani and Roboto. By installing these on your machine you won’t have any display issues. Please download the fonts to your machine with these links:

Vani.ttf font & Roboto.ttf font

If you do not wish to use these fonts you can replace Vani with Times New Roman, and Roboto with Arial, and the PowerPoints should display perfectly.

Upon purchasing one of our digital resources you are required to make an account with Content Shelf our ecommerce system. You will need to enter an email address and a password. We recommend that this email is a email that you have direct access to as you will receive notification of updates and emails regarding adminstrative matters for the resource that you have purchased.

If you have forgotten your password, reset it by clicking the link ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page.

If you have purchased files and can’t recall the email address used, or if you have purchased files through a finance department and want to change the access email address to your own, follow these steps:

  1. Go here: https://contentshelf.com/users/
  2. Log in with the existing username (email address) and password (see below if not known)
  3. Click your profile name (see attached image: point 1)
  4. Select ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu (point 2)
  5. On this page, change your email address (and password if necessary), save and log out via the top left dropdown menu again.
  6. Sign in again using the new email address and password if you changed it.

If on point 2 above you do not know the password, you will need to reset it here: https://contentshelf.com/users/forgot-password – note: this password change will be sent to the original email address account holder. You will need to speak to them to forward the password or password reset email to you to action it.

If you do not have access to the original account holder email address, or the password, please contact us on info@peped.org, listing your name, school on the account, and products you are trying to access, and we will do our best to help out.

If after one month’s use you’re not satisfied with our resources potential to improve teaching and boost grades, a full refund will be provided.
