You promise to meet a friend at 3pm to revise your work on freewill and determinism. But at 2.15 another friend rings. When he rings off 40 minute later you are so happy with life that you forget all about your promise, your free will and determinism work and so on, and you chill out with your I-pod. At 3.45 you remember and feel guilty.
